Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a well-established and family-owned insurance agency. With over 85 years of success agency is dedicated to providing exceptional service to the clients while fostering a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $75000 with a declining salary structure plus commission (40% on new business and 30% on renewals).
- Benefits:
- 90% employer-paid health insurance.
- 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match.
- Summer hours with half-day Fridays every other week.
- Additional Perks: Opportunity to purchase equity in the agency after meeting specific milestones.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts including standard personal lines and some high-net-worth accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and grow the agencys client base.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Travel to meet with clients as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Lines Producer with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with essential carriers including but not limited to: Cincinnati Pekin Travelers Hastings Mutual The Hartford EMC Insurance Company Westfield Insurance Utica State Auto Philadelphia Insurance Encompass Grange ICW Group Employers Progressive Safeco Insurance and Foremost Insurance Group.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal training.
