Roblox is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to lead the end-to-end development and execution of social-first content. This role is responsible for overseeing production strategy managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring high-quality creative output that meets brand business and audience objectives. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on producer who thrives in fast-paced high-volume environments.
You will partner with creatives and xfn partners to define project scope develop timelines handle internal/external resources facilitate reviews and ensure project delivery requirements are met. You are a strategic problem solver helping the teams make informed decisions on time-sensitive deadlines. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can engage all levels of contributors up to senior team leaders. You are comfortable working across various types of production mediums. You also have the ability to motivate those around you.
You Will:
- Oversee the full production lifecycle from concept through delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and at a high creative standard
- Balance multiple workstreams including always-on content and larger initiatives
- Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights assess risk and clear work for distribution when needed
- Partner closely with creative marketing brand and external partners (when necessary) to align on production objectives
- Identify risks early and proactively solve production challenges
- Establish scalable processes to support high-volume content creation
- Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee external freelancers and production partners when needed
- Report to the Head of Production
You Have:
- 7 years of experience in social content production or creative production
- Proven experience producing high-volume social-first content at scale
- Strong understanding of social platforms formats and content trends
- Experience managing agencies vendors and cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience working within large brands entertainment gaming or media environments.
- Background in both campaign-level production and always-on content.
- Familiarity with social analytics and performance-driven content optimization
