DescriptionJob Summary:
As a paid engineering intern you will gain valuable experience in the civil engineering industry. Your responsibilities will vary with the projects and work in progress at the time of the internship but may include assisting with civil infrastructure project development design calculations modeling technical research and plans and figure development. Candidates may also support other office activities (e.g. preparing spreadsheets reviewing data preparing presentations technical training and writing reports). This is a temporary non-benefited internship position.
This is a part-time non-benefited internship position with flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule. Were looking for motivated junior or senior students currently pursuing degrees in civil engineering or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a Civil Engineering related field
- Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and problem solve with guidance from supervisors
- Interest in pursuing a career in the environmental consulting industry
