Key Responsibilities

Business Operations 70%

  • Oversee daily business operations for a program that functions like a small enterprise within the nonprofit
  • Develop and implement operational systems that ensure efficiency quality and compliance
  • Drive entrepreneurial growth by identifying new service opportunities and improving existing offerings
  • Lead staff management including supervision coaching and performance development
  • Coordinate employee scheduling to meet program needs and maintain service excellence
  • Create accurate service quotes for customers and partners

Budget & Financial Management 20%

  • Develop and manage program budgets with a focus on sustainability and growth
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust operational strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Ensure responsible resource allocation aligned with organizational goals

Client Facing & Bid Proposals 10%

  • Prepare competitive bid proposals for service contracts and partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate feasibility pricing and strategic fit
