Compensation:$110000-$120000 yearly

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations 70%
- Oversee daily business operations for a program that functions like a small enterprise within the nonprofit
- Develop and implement operational systems that ensure efficiency quality and compliance
- Drive entrepreneurial growth by identifying new service opportunities and improving existing offerings
- Lead staff management including supervision coaching and performance development
- Coordinate employee scheduling to meet program needs and maintain service excellence
- Create accurate service quotes for customers and partners
Budget & Financial Management 20%
- Develop and manage program budgets with a focus on sustainability and growth
- Monitor financial performance and adjust operational strategies to meet revenue targets
- Ensure responsible resource allocation aligned with organizational goals
Client Facing & Bid Proposals 10%
- Prepare competitive bid proposals for service contracts and partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate feasibility pricing and strategic fit
