Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative Pharma to join our team in Cairo Egypt. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals building strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors pharmacists and hospital administrators
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about our pharmaceutical offerings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage assigned territory effectively planning and organizing daily activities to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and market intelligence using CRM software
- Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and product developments
- Attend and participate in sales meetings training sessions and industry conferences
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Pharmaceutical sales certification (preferred)
- Understanding of healthcare systems and medical terminology
