SEND Team:
The SENCO leads on SEND provision across the school working closely with staff parents and external agencies to ensure effective support for students with additional needs.
Requirements
Qualified SENCO status (or willingness to complete qualification)
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
Experience supporting students with diverse needs
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage EHCP processes
Commitment to inclusive education
