Part-Time (Weekends)
Location: Studio FIX High Street Kensington
Hours: Part-time weekends (with potential for additional shifts)
Pay: 12.77 per hour
About Studio FIX
Studio FIX is a luxury fitness studio occupying 7500 sq ft on Kensington High Street. Across three studios we offer Yoga Barre Mat Pilates Lagree Megaformer Boxing Lift and HIIT classes alongside fully stocked changing rooms and a coffee & juice lounge. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible and community-focused.
About the Role
Were looking for friendly energetic and reliable part-time Front of House Team Members to join our weekend team. Youll be the first point of contact for our clients welcoming guests creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment remains calm under pressure and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. As a growing startup we value adaptability initiative and fresh ideas.
Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism
Handle bookings sign-ins phone calls and general front desk duties
Maintain a clean organised and welcoming studio environment
Support team operations during busy periods
Open and/or close the studio ensuring health & safety procedures are completed
Stay up to date with fitness wellness and studio trends
Share ideas for events collaborations and community engagement
Use the MindBody booking system (training provided) and provide daily sales reports
Prepare coffee protein smoothies and juice smoothies (training provided)
Support management in keeping the studio Instagram ready
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive proactive and team-oriented attitude
Available to work weekends
Experience in hospitality fitness or retail front-of-house is a plus
Reliable punctual and confident under pressure
