Kitchen Team Member

As our next Kitchen Team Member you will:

• Maintain all kitchen areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Health & Hygiene regulations including deep cleaning of equipment floors walls and coolers.
• Prepare count and sort operating equipment ensuring correct handling of chemicals and safe storage of all items in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
• Ensure all crockery cutlery and glassware is hygienically cleaned and safely stored following established cleaning rosters and standard methods.
• Produce and present dishes to the required standard ensuring correct temperature and timely delivery to suit guests needs and fluctuations in service demands.
• Collect and dispose of dry and wet waste correctly from all kitchen areas each shift utilising safe and hygienic removal methods.
• Manage stock rotation implement stock control procedures and communicate with Restaurant staff regarding menu availability and service changes.
• Follow departmental service procedures maintain confidentiality regarding hotel and guest information and undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your Supervisor or Hotel Management.
