Your Role

For one of the biggest energy suppliers in The Netherlands were looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish and English fluently.

Youll help customers via phone chat or email with questions about invoices contracts or account details.

Your responsibilities include:

Handling all incoming questions via phone email & chat
Supporting customers with invoices payments & tariff changes
Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
Retaining customers and building strong relationships
Managing move requests and updating customer info

Requirements

Dutch or Flemish (C2) English (C1)
MS Office & CRM experience
Strong communication skills
Logical analytical and proactive
Empathetic patient and eager to learn
Team player with flexibility and sales drive
