Were looking for enthusiastic Outbound Client Advisors to join our happy driven virtual team based in Greece. Youll help clients switch to green energy solutions all while working remotely and smiling through the screen
Your role
As an Outbound Advisor youll be:
Contacting potential customers by phone both cold & warm leads
Making a great first impression in the first 20 seconds
Promoting green energy and its benefits
Guiding clients to sign contracts digitally
Encouraging e-billing direct debit and boiler maintenance
Creating your own mini-database via referrals (yes youre in charge!)

What were looking for
Dutch or Flemish at native level English for internal communication
Experience in sales (contact center or face-to-face)
Basic PC and CRM system skills
Youre persuasive resilient self-confident and love talking to people
Strong communicator with a cheerful chat style
Full commitment and high energy
