Overview
HHSC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the COO in leading modernization efforts across Procurement & Contracting Services (PCS) and System Support Services (SSS). The role focuses on process improvement automation AI integration and driving crossdivision collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead modernization automation and AIdriven initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment across multiple divisions.
- Develop clear project plans milestones and performance metrics.
- Promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with governance security and ethical AI standards.
- Provide executivelevel reporting and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years IT program management experience.
- 8 years managing $10M multiyear complex projects.
- Proficient with MS Project Office and Visio.
- Experience with AI automation Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.
- Strong PMO stagegate and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with senior leadership communication.
- Strong negotiation and crossfunctional influence skills.
- KPI development and executive dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau).
- Prior Csuite support experience.
