Schedule:Monday Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay- $26.00-32.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Building Maintenance Technician plays a key role in supporting day-to-day facility operations. This position is responsible for general maintenance preventative upkeep and responding to repair needs across assigned buildings to ensure a safe secure and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor building conditions to ensure safety security and operational efficiency
Perform general maintenance and repairs including patching painting carpentry plumbing and basic electrical troubleshooting
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Coordinate and work with vendors when specialized services are required
Move office furniture equipment and materials as requested
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently

Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of tools machinery and maintenance techniques
Physically able to lift and carry up to50 lbs

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required
24 yearsof building or facilities maintenance experience preferred
