Job Summary

Position: Senior Building Intelligence Engineer (HVAC Controls / BMS)
Location: Boston MA (Hybrid home office 23 days/week onsite at buildings)
Structure: Permanent / FTE position
Compensation: Base salary range is between $150000 $160000 USD 510% bonus equity full benefits

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our CleanTech / Energy Optimization clients as they scale their building intelligence and HVAC optimization operations in the Boston market!

Requirements:
5 years of experience in HVAC controls building automation or BMS engineering
3 years leading installation & commissioning projects for commercial or multifamily buildings
Proven experience managing multiple field projects concurrently
Strong background integrating software platforms with on-site HVAC/BMS controllers
Client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel regularly to building sites across the Boston metro area
Experience with Niagara Tridium or similar building automation platforms is a strong asset
