Role:
You will be the lead architect of our Revenue Machine. Your goal is to design build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our entire customer lifecycle: from the first marketing touchpoint to the final renewal. You will treat our internal GTM processes like a software product: prioritizing a backlog shipping features (automations/processes) and ensuring 99.9% data integrity.
Your Mission
- Own Salesforce as a platform across Lead-to-Cash including data model design custom objects Flow Builder automation permissions validation rules and reporting standards.
- Run Salesforce changes with release discipline so downstream impacts are understood before production updates.
- Own the plumbing between Salesforce and the GTM tool stack such as Salesloft Clay HubSpot and adjacent enrichment or marketing automation tools keeping integrations stable documented and measurable.
- Run RevOps delivery through Jira with clear prioritization separating keep-the-lights-on requests from strategic projects and shipping improvements in sprints.
- Build the logic behind funnel and pipeline reporting including pipeline velocity conversion rates and attribution assumptions and turn insights into actions leaders can use.
- Act as the gatekeeper of data quality through governance guardrails and enrichment so teams can trust what they see and know what to do next.
- Translate new GTM motions into system design fast for example product-led growth new routing models or new qualification approaches.
- Reverse engineer broken or slow workflows and continuously shave friction out of seller workflows removing steps and clicks through better design and automation.
- Apply an AI-first automation mindset to eliminate repetitive work across GTM workflows using the right mix of Salesforce automation lightweight scripting and workflow tools.
- Operationalize commercial mechanics such as routing approvals and compensation logic in systems and reporting so cycles run cleanly.
- Own enablement for process and tooling changes with clear documentation training and adoption follow-through.
- Delegate routine data hygiene and admin tasks to junior support or external partners when available while owning the design and quality bar.
- Hold the line on what scales challenge priorities when needed and keep stakeholders aligned on the operating model.
Your Experience
- 5 years in Revenue Operations Sales Operations GTM Operations or Commercial Operations in B2B software.
- Advanced Salesforce build capability including Flow Builder custom objects validation rules and scalable data model design across Lead-to-Cash.
- Proven integration ownership across Salesforce and GTM tools with comfort in troubleshooting API-driven workflows.
- Strong data fluency with deep experience in Salesforce reports and dashboards plus practical SQL for validation and investigation.
- Comfortable using Python and or JavaScript to automate checks speed up analysis and improve operational efficiency.
- AI-first mindset with evidence of using automation or AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual work without sacrificing governance.
- Comfortable getting into the weeds on complex CSV imports and multi-step automation workflows across tools.
- Strong preference for experience in a customer-facing quota-carrying or closely adjacent commercial role.
- Fluent in English and a minimum B2 in German.
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with no direct reports owning end-to-end outcomes across systems and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM rebuilds migrations or cleanup after fast growth.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Experience with commissions operations and incentive cycles.
- Exposure to industrial enterprise go-to-market contexts where data quality and process discipline are non-negotiable.
