Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Contract: ASAP Start (Once Onboarding Clears) 9/23/2026
Pay Range: $25.00 $28.34 hourly paid weekly.
Position Overview:
Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) is a global operations function supporting 42 countries. This role sits within the Global Indirect Tax team which encompasses Business Personal Property U.S. Sales & Use Tax and U.S. Information Reporting and Withholding.
The position partners closely with Global Compliance and Risk teams Tax specialists across the Bank and stakeholders within Corporate Accounts Payable to ensure effective integration with payee setup and invoicing teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving tax compliance and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with tax and financial data. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams support process improvement initiatives and ensure day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy related to sales tax federal and state withholding and tax reporting.
- Perform 1099 reporting.
- Validate W-9 and W-8 forms.
- Research tax-related questions.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Prepare Excel-based tax and financial reporting.
- This role does not involve client interaction but may require communication with internal employees.
- The contractor will report to the hiring manager and take daily direction from senior team members.

- Tax and accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and present processes.
- Able to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborator and team player.
- Follows documented procedures and proactively suggests process or documentation improvements.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
