Pay: $21.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Excellent Client Care: This is a public facing and interacting position so you need to greet clients warmly handle client check-ins and checkouts answer questions in person and on the phone and troubleshoot client concerns and issues as needed. Youll also need to complete assigned cleaning and clerical duties and other tasks as assigned.

• Process Payments: Handle client transactions late cancellations and master all checkout procedures.

• Manage Scheduling & Communication: Answer calls book and adjust appointments process cancellations and provide timely client support.

• Maintain Studio Cleanliness: Keep the space inviting by assisting with trash and recycling removal light cleaning mopping and bathroom upkeep.

• Support Operations: Optimize appointment schedules assist with outreach perform data entry and reporting track inventory and support massage therapists with daily needs.

Schedule

• Part-time approximately 15.75 hours per week with the ability to pick up other shifts when they are available.

• Availability - Must be able to work the following schedule:

  • Sunday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Monday 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday 8:15 AM - 2:00 PM

What Were Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience required; massage industry familiarity is a plus.

• Dependability: Reliability and punctuality are a must.

• Communication Skills: Must be friendly outgoing professional respectful and effective with both clients and teammates.

• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using desktop computers and booking software.

• Multitasking Ability: Capable of staying organized self-directed and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Able to problem solve and work on multiple projects at once.
