Domestic Assistant Support Worker (Cleaner)

Intereach is seeking highly motivated positive and caring individuals to become part of our dynamic aged care team in the role of Domestic Assistant Support Worker (Cleaner).

This role will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of domestic tasks that are aimed at supporting our participants to remain living independently in their own homes and ensuring a clean hygienic and comfortable living condition is kept.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing high quality domestic assistance and a solid understanding of the needs of older people and their carers with the ability to build strong working relationships.

This is a casual role based in Bendigo.

The role is classified under the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 3 with an hourly salary of $43.24 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.

About You

We are seeking experienced cleaners/domestic assistants to work with our clients. To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a current drivers licence (recognised in Australia)
• Be willing to undergo a criminal record check
• Have a First Aid and CPR certificate
• Have a smart phone
