About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor youll be the trusted expert helping homeowners choose the right solutions for their comfort needs. This role blends technical knowledge customer education and relationship-building. Youll assess each home present clear options and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.
What Youll Be Doing
- Examine HVAC systems in residential customer homes
- Perform airflow analysis load calculations and infrared/static pressure measurements
- Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home
- Present options clearly and help customers make confident informed decisions
- Partner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth high-quality installation experience
What Youll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in residential HVAC sales (required)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Experience with customer service software such as ServiceTitan is preferred but not required
- Ability to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces as needed
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend calls
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and background
