Sentara Health is looking to hire a Remote Clinical Compliance Consultant Strategy & Product Development.
This position is remote; however candidates must reside in the State of Virginia.
The Clinical Compliance Consultant will be responsible for supporting the clinical and regulatory compliance of designated lines of business through project leadership technical oversight and risk identification and mitigation. He/she will develop tools that help determine regulatory and accreditation risks and will help manage and mitigate them collaboration with business management areas we will develop metrics for monitoring program objectives and policies and procedures that support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. He/she will gather information related to quality improvement and compliance monitoring maintain records and monitor the development and use of all related metrics for regulatory compliance. Also we make recommendations to business unit partners for improvements or remediation to risk management regulatory and accreditation compliance programs. The Consultant will create policies procedures and tools that will help implement recommendations. The Consultant will assist in training and development activities and will serve as a liaison and peer mentor for other associates. This position will collaborate on strategies processes improvement and program ideation and development.
