Job Summary
Competitive pay: $1425-$1525 weekly
Flint Logistics seeks qualified CDL-A truck drivers for OTR positions based out of Little Rock AR. Join a carrier that rewards performance maintains premium equipment and offers financial security.
Pay and Performance Incentives
Weekly pay of $1425 to $1525. We implement quarterly pay increases based on your safety performance and productivity metrics. After completing your first 30 days youll qualify for our guaranteed minimum pay program that protects your income during variable freight periods. Orientation compensation is $100 per day and we arrange all travel including transportation and accommodations.
Freight Operations
Drivers typically run 2500-3000 miles weekly transporting both general and temperature-controlled freight. Our established shipping lanes and long-term customer partnerships provide consistent load availability. The variety in freight types keeps your work engaging while our reliable volume ensures steady paychecks.
Fleet Details
Youll be assigned a Kenworth T680 manufactured within the last 4 years. Standard features include automatic transmission auxiliary power unit for idle-free climate control power inverter for personal devices advanced GPS voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel controls. Our maintenance program keeps trucks operating reliably to minimize your downtime.
Schedule Flexibility and Driver Resources
Home time consists of 6 days monthly. You can take all 6 days in one block for extended time at home or divide them throughout the month to match your preferences. Driver Support Specialists are assigned to assist with operational questions troubleshoot challenges and keep communication flowing while youre running freight.
Driver Requirements
- Active Class A Commercial Drivers License
- Valid DOT medical certification
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the previous 12 months
Additional Compensation and Benefits
