Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Front Office Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing safe and comfortable shuttle transportation to and from the Telluride and Montrose airports.
Ensuring timely delivery of Guests luggage messages and other items throughout the property.
Providing personalized room orientations in a warm and professional manner.
Delivering professional friendly and engaging service.
Attending scheduled departmental meetings.
Assisting Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative and helpful manner.
Following all departmental policies procedures service standards and safety guidelines.
Maintaining a welcoming presence in the Reception Area as an ambassador of the property and brand.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License in good standing required
21 Years of age or older with 5 years of driving experience
Previous experience in guest services department preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent kneeling pushing pulling lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps

Additional Information :

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr
