The Maintenance Leader plays a pivotal role within the organization ensuring that all operational equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely. This position is critical as it directly impacts the productivity and quality of products delivered by the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive quality improvements and lead the business maintenance and facility operations create and implement an effective preventative maintenance program and plan projects for facility improvements from concept to completion forecast & manage budget for the Facilities department in support of business demands coordinate facilities initiatives with Operations team to support production negotiate maintain and review contracts for all third-party contractors cleaners waste removal vending recycling security provider etc. Assure team compliance with the site management of change process to ensure facilities related changes impacts to safety reliability and maintainability are pro-actively identified and addressed prior to implementation ensure that equipment and services purchased are acceptable quality and cost effective develop and coordinate department proposals for facilities projects confer with contractors and engineers and develop justifications for plans and projects evaluate in-flight projects review work of contractors coordinate and supervise activities related to the maintenance and repair of building and equipment systems and close out projects be available & support on call needs for all facilities related emergencies ensure that all compliance standards are maintained and regulatory maintenance is executed Act as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Leader for the facilities function plant Standards ownership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering Mechanical or Electric
- English Advanced
- 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high precision manufacturing environment (Aerospace or Automotive).
- Proven experience in Machining expertise in 5 axis CNC Platforms and Fanuc/Siemens control systems.
- Proven track record in TPM predictive maintenance (PdM).
- Experience transitioning maintenance cultures from reactive to reliability - centered.
Desired Characteristics
- Data Driven Mindset.
- Advance use of CMMS (SAP Maximo or similar).
