Soporte a la Implementación y seguimiento de la estrategia de marcas

Objetivos de Marketing de los portafolios de IO Hematología y NPPs como Camzyos Sotyktu CART-S

Colaboración con Mkt Equipos de Campo Eventos Regulatorio Compliance Legal Medical Acceso.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL ACTIVIDADES:

Seguimiento a la Implementación de las estrategias de marketing en colaboración con equipos de campo para asegurar su correcta ejecución y retroalimentar a la gerencia de mkt sobre los insights recabados en las interacciones con los equipos multifuncionales y de campo y KPIs de implementación.

• Soporte y seguimiento a actividades de marketing de la unidad de negocios
• Análisis de información de auditorías para soporte a Fuerza de ventas
• Seguimiento a la ejecución de eventos promocionales y soporte a ejecución de eventos de educación médica continua.
• Gestión de proveedores (Agencia creativa proveedores de eventos y MKT digital)
• Gestión del proceso interno de compra (Unidad de Negocios & LEX)
• Coordinación y seguimiento a documentación de eventos
• Coordinación multidisciplinaria (FV y áreas funcionales)
• Seguimiento a la generación de materiales promocionales seguimiento y participación a los KPIs de adopción de estrategias de Mkt en omnichannel.
• Coordinación de Business reviews con FV y seguimiento de action plans para una ejecución exitosa de la estrategia de mkt en campo
• Soporte al seguimiento de la ejecución del OPEX
• Soporte a ejercicios de planeación estratégica (Brand Plans Business reviews Etc.)

LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

• Lograr relaciones sólidas en corto plazo con Brand Leads Franchise Manager District Managers Product Specialist (TAS) compras área de eventos HCC Omnichannel Scientific Advisors entre otros.

• Definir un proceso que sea replicable a mediano plazo dentro del área y lograr que todos los involucrados tengan claros sus roles y responsabilidades

• Crecimiento de desarrollo profesional adecuado a sus necesidades y expectativas de carrera

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS

• Dominio de Microsoft Office con nivel avanzado de Excel y PPT
• Deseado si maneja PowerBI AI tools

• Actitud Emprendedora ganas de aprender y trabajar proactivo responsable con interés en la Industria de Salud habilidades de comunicación análisis y capacidad de interrelacionarse con compañeros de trabajo de forma positiva
• Pensamiento estratégico analítico y capacidad de aterrizar estrategia a implementación en campo.
• Experiencia en la Industria Farmacéutica en puesto similar al menos 1 año

• CARRERAS: Marketing Administración de Empresas Ingeniería Industrial Finanzas área Químico Biológicas
• Inglés Avanzado
• 20% trabajo en campo requerido

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential site-by-design field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
