Channel Programs Manager Switzerland

Description -

If youre passionate about technology and innovation and excited to kickstart your career as a Channel Programs Manager for Switzerland this role offers the perfect launchpad. Were looking for a motivated selfstarter to play a key role in partner onboarding relationship management and demandgeneration initiatives that fuel customer acquisition and business growth through our partner ecosystem.

In this role youll help deliver a differentiated customer experience by supporting marketing execution coordinating partner activities and contributing to performance analysis. Youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams stay up to date on industry and channel trends and contribute to impactful marketing projects that shape our presence in the Swiss market.

What Youll Do

Help execute partner marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow existing business.
Coordinate partner communications to ensure strong and consistent customer experience.
Lead the planning and execution of channel partner events managing endtoend logistics and working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional highimpact partner experiences.
Perform marketing support activities (CRM updates accruals collateral management).
Assist in monitoring reporting and analyzing partner marketing initiatives.
Conduct market and competitive research to support targeted programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to priority projects.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
02 years of experience in marketing partner management sales channel or related functions.
Fluency in English and German is required.
Knowledge of digital marketing channel programs CRM tools and basic marketing principles.
Strong communication skills learning agility customer focus and attention to detail.
