DescriptionSr Customer Experience Specialist
Serves as the primary customer contact and ensures all customer needs and expectations are met. Also Initiates customer event reports in CMMS system and dispatches technical staff in response to service requests. Maintain the CMMS system and set service types categories and priority levels that drive Honeywells response to customer events. Respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding service order inquiry problems and changes. Assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. Communicate with other departments such as Technical Support Administration and facility management etc. to resolve customer issues. Support service order processing including order entry expediting changes monitoring status and resolving discrepancies.
Tasks
- 15% - Attending Calls
- 15% - Processing Emails.
- 10% - Respond to monitoring and EBI alarms.
- 4% - Monitoring system availability.
- 15% - Service Order creation.
- 6% - Problem resolution.
- 10% - Service Event Classification and Prioritization.
- 10% - Administrative Support.
- 7% - Resolving customer issues and system discrepancies.
- 8% - System and process support.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Min 1year experience in customer Service
- 1 year of dispatch experience is required understanding of the P3 business also required
- Flexibility to work 12hrs night or day shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

The annual base salary range for this position is $54100 to $60000 in Markham Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
