About the team and role
Global Market Planning & Growth Strategy Team
The team connects external market opportunities to GBGs product strategy ensuring investments are prioritized in high-growth areas and executed effectively. We partner across product engineering sales and regional leadership to align market insights with product portfolio decisions commercialization and go-to-market execution.
Market Planning & Growth Strategy Manager
This role is a senior individual contributor position within the Global Product Planning team. You will be responsible for conducting market analysis building business cases and translating insights into actionable strategies that support GBGs growth agenda. Youll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams providing the analytical rigor and strategic perspective needed to guide decisions.
What you will do
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends growth opportunities and risks.
- Build business cases and investment frameworks to support prioritization of product and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with product engineering and commercial teams to align technical capabilities with market needs.
- Support pre- and post-launch readiness by coordinating with sales service and support.
- Develop clear executive-ready presentations and reports that communicate insights and recommendations.
- Monitor performance of market strategies and recommend adjustments based on data and business conditions.
- Contribute to portfolio planning by assessing product mix positioning and opportunities for new concepts.
- Collaborate with procurement and partner management teams to evaluate third-party solutions and partnerships.
Skills were looking for
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in market research and financial modeling.
- Business acumen including familiarity with P&L drivers and commercial levers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes under time constraints.
- Domain expertise in fraud identity or SaaS technology markets is a plus
