Responsibilities:

• Running the Conferences and Events kitchen like a pro
• Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish including special menus following trends and demands for events
• A dietary requirements expert
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the Conferences and Events kitchen
• Contributes to a safe happy and productive work environment
• Control of costs wizard

About You:

• Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
• Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in leading a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable)
• When the pressures on you shine even brighter handling everything with ease and grace
