Job Title:Sales & Marketing Representative
Pay:$30.00/hr uncapped commission
Work Mode:In-person
Position Overview:
Key Staffing is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Specialist to grow the brand presence and revenue through relationship-based sales and active field marketing for a well-established mitigation company in Visalia CA. This role includes responding quickly to active fire losses and emergency situations to secure new business opportunities. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness developing referral relationships and representing the company in both day-to-day marketing efforts and time-sensitive emergency response situations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and communicate the competitive advantages of the companies services including fire water mold and specialty restoration
- Actively participate in fire chasing efforts including responding to active fire losses emergency scenes and time-sensitive opportunities as needed
- Build maintain and strengthen professional relationships within your assigned sales territory through daily in-person and digital marketing calls
- Increase brand awareness by attending and participating in networking events professional associations lunch-and-learns and continuing education (CE) events
- Utilize marketing software to document daily activities leads and opportunities
- Provide regular revenue updates and territory performance reports to management
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue goals
- Represent the company professionally during emergency response situations including evenings weekends or after-hours events when required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience
- Strong results-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Experience in restoration construction insurance or related industries preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including after-hours availability for fire chasing and emergency response
