As a Clinical Supervisor at Horizon you will

• Provide direct servicesas needed and consistent with the requirements and duties of the position.
• Ensure that services are provided consistent with agency standards regulations and best practices.
• Ensure that clinical records are accurate adequate and current as per OMH & OASAS regulations.
• Provide direct clinical supervision to multi-disciplinary team counseling staff members regarding service delivery and caseload management.
• Provide clinical oversight on child/adolescent and adult cases.
• Monitor the completion and accuracy of clinical documentation by multi-disciplinary team counseling staff.
• Identify counseling staff professional and clinical skill development needs communicates these to the Program Director and provides assistance as needed with accessing training and other resources.
• In the absence of the Program Director may perform day to day management of the program operation including management of staff monitoring the maintenance of the site and reporting to administration.
• Assist the Program Director with coordination of multi-disciplinary team efforts in the provision of services.
• Assist the Program Director in assuring that the program complies with Horizons policies and procedures the regulations of certifying agencies and the requirements of funding sources.
• Assist the Program Director in the evaluation of the programs clinical staff in accordance with Horizon Health Services Personnel Policies and Procedures.

What makes you a great candidate

We cant wait to learn more about you! Here are a few specifics of what youll need for the job:

• Masters in Social Work Mental Health Counseling or related degree required.
• Licensed (LMSW LMHC LCSW) with 3 years ofclinical experience required.
• LCSW or LMHC-D preferred.
• DBT knowledge/training preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Experience providing direct care to child and adolescent populations
• Training in play therapy preferred

Location:

This position is located in our outpatient clinic located at 314 Ellicott St Batavia NY.

Hours:

This is a full-time Monday Friday position with variable hours evening availability required.

Compensation:

Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $69000 - $70000. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually.

Physical demands associated with this position include:

• Sitting for extended periods alternating between standing and sitting
• Mobility required with repetitive wrist hand and finger movements
• Handling light duties occasionally lifting objects up to 20 pounds
