TheHuman Resources Analyst position is a confidential class and performs a variety of professional technical and analytical human resources duties and responsibilities in the areas of recruitment benefits administration exams hiring and selection classification salary administration equal employment opportunity (EEO) employee and labor relations employee development and personnel administration for Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer).
Positions at this level exercise less independent discretion and judgment in matters related to work procedures and methods. Work is usually supervised while in progress and fits an established structure or pattern. As experience is gained assignments become more varied and are performed with greater independence. May exercise direct supervision of lower-level human resource staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Either: 1. A bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Or:2. One (1) year of experience performing complex technical human resources work.
Or:3. Three (3) years of experience performing complex technical administrative work.
