The Child Protection and Prevention Services (CPPS) unit carries the responsibility to provide supervisory oversight of
Purpose Position:
This position provides program and administrative support to the Child Protection and Prevention and Youth Services Unit staff and Managers. This position leads manages and coordinates the day-to-day DCW Complaint Process. This position provides other Division of Child Welfare/Office of Children Youth and Family programs and administrative assistance duties as assigned
Job Duties:
Child Protection and Prevention Units/Division/Office General Support -
Provide administrative support for 15 Child Prevention and Protection Unit staff including the Unit Manager.
Interpret and/or explain program specific policies processes and other guidelines.
Coordinate procurement related activities processes and policies including purchase orders payment vouchers etc.
Create revise and implement unit policies related to workflow coverage correspondence and timeliness . Organize and establish work processes to provide support to management.
Manage unit P-card.
