Structured Finance Lawyer (24 years PQE)

Join a fastgrowing highly ranked team working on some of the most sophisticated financing transactions in the market.

Our Structured Finance team is looking for a talented 24 years PQE lawyer. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following workstreams:securitisation (private or public) debt capital markets asset backed securities receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.

Transactions are typically partner led throughout ensuring you have regular support.

What Were Looking For:

An England & Wales qualified lawyer with 24 years PQE with experience gained at either a City firm or a strong national or regional practice. The ideal candidate will be technically excellent commercially minded and solutionsfocused with a strong client orientation supported by excellent communication and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will also play an active role in client business development initiatives collaborate effectively as part of a highperforming team and demonstrate a genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of our structured finance offering.
