We are looking for a highly organised detaildriven Finance Analyst to support our reactive works operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate tracking recording and invoicing of labour activities to maximise operational efficiency and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the tracking and invoicing of NWH reactive works labour including reviewing job completion validating time entries and submitting billing to clients.
- Administer and maintain service order processes to ensure all jobs are accurately raised recorded and tracked in line with company procedures.
- Support order fulfilment and invoicing workflows ensuring data accuracy and timely billing.
- Contribute to financial performance by ensuring all chargeable labour is correctly captured and recovered through prompt and accurate invoicing.
Skills & Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including XLOOKUP PivotTables and data analysis functions.
- Confident working with large and complex datasets while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in a highvolume fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with the capability to identify discrepancies and support revenue recovery.
- Clear and confident communicator able to collaborate with operations finance teams and external clients as required.
