Position: Early Years Business Development Representative

The Opportunity
- Competitive base salary of 35000 with uncapped commission (OTE 17200 in Year 1).
- Clear merit-based progression from BDR to Senior BDR and Account Executive.
- Comprehensive six-month sales training programme designed to develop you into a high-performing closer.

What Youll Be Doing
- Proactively booking product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Generating leads through cold calling prospecting and personalised outreach.
- Designing tailored sales cadences to highlight the companys unique value proposition.
- Staying informed on industry trends events and market opportunities to strengthen your sales approach.
About You
- Highly motivated to build a successful career in sales.
- Strong academic background ideally with a 2:1 or above in an undergraduate degree.
- Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
- Proactive driven and resilient.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
