The Opportunity

  • Competitive base salary of 35000 with uncapped commission (OTE 17200 in Year 1).
  • Clear merit-based progression from BDR to Senior BDR and Account Executive.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Proactively booking product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Generating leads through cold calling prospecting and personalised outreach.
  • Designing tailored sales cadences to highlight the companys unique value proposition.
  • Staying informed on industry trends events and market opportunities to strengthen your sales approach.

About You

  • Highly motivated to build a successful career in sales.
  • Strong academic background ideally with a 2:1 or above in an undergraduate degree.
  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proactive driven and resilient.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
