Deine Aufgaben Du machst den Unterschied:

• Du entwickelst als Teil des Enterprise Architecture Teams unsere konzernweite IT- und KI-Architekturstrategie weiter und bringst innovative AI-Lösungen in die Praxis.

• Du analysierst und bewertest AI Use Cases für unsere Geschäftsprozesse und entwickelst passende Lösungsarchitekturen.

• Du etablierst unseren AI Stack unserer One Digital Plattform nutzt die etablierte Basis von Azure bzw. Microsoft Foundry (AI Foundry).

• Du konzipierst und implementierst Low-/No-Code KI-Lösungen mit der Microsoft Copilot Plattform in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.

• Du integrierst KI in bestehende Workflows und Prozesse und entwickelst AI Agents für Automatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung.

• Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für neue IT-/AI-Projekte berätst diese und entwirfst den Systemschnitt.

Dein Profil Damit überzeugst du uns:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Bereich.

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-/Enterprise-Architekt*in mit Schwerpunkt Cloud.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse mit KI-Stacks und LLMs sowie deren Integration in Enterprise-Architekturen.

• Erfahrung in der Analyse und Umsetzung von AI Use Cases sowie Integration von KI in Geschäftsprozesse.

• Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Plattformen (z.B. Microsoft Copilot Azure AI OpenAI API) und erste Kenntnisse im Prompt Engineering.

• Sehr gute allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse (Technik Prozesse Governance) sowie Erfahrung mit modernen IT-Architekturen (Cloud APIs Microservices IoT o.ä.) und agilen Projekten.

• Begeisterung für neue Technologien und digitale Produkte sowie die Bereitschaft sich in neue KI-Technologien einzuarbeiten.

• Gute Teamfähigkeit Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Kommunikations- und Präsentations-Knowhow.

Von Vorteil:

• Erfahrung in der Integration von KI-Komponenten in komplexe IT-Architekturen und Workflows.

• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry und Model Context Protocol (MCP) sowie im Aufbau von AI Agents.

• Hands-On-Erfahrung mit Copilot Studio und Low-/No-Code KI-Tools.

• Erste Erfahrungen mit MLOps KI-Governance und Sicherheitsaspekten bei KI-Deployments.

• Kenntnisse in Enterprise Architecture Management und Technologieberatung.
