Tasks
What youll contribute
- Build AI agents across teams
- Support our sales team in daily operations campaign creation and strategic outreach to drive growth
- Support our ops team with organising and managing health events for our partners
- Create targeted lead campaigns and identify new business opportunities focusing on data-driven experimentation to refine our approach
- Continuously scout and propose new opportunities for expansion and innovation within our market
- Ensure the efficiency of our sales processes and integrate sales data correctly into our internal knowledge management
- Conduct customer interviews on an as-needed basis to gather insights
Requirements
Your skills & profile:
- You are using AI for your own purposes in your daily life
- You have a hands-on sales/bisdev experience in a fast-growing startup or a small company
- You are an extremely good communcator
- You are passionate and like learning new skills
- You are comfortable working in dynamically changing conditions with a high degree of autonomy
- You have a sincere affection for working with people and you dont get exhausted being the person of contact for many
- You are a risk-taker and entrepreneur at heart - you are willing to experiment work fast and deliver results in the realms of high uncertainty
- You speak fluent German & English
