Job Description Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Job Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning coordinating and managing construction project activities from initiation to completion. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan organize and manage site operations including sequential job planning to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure projects meet cost quality timeline safety and customer satisfaction objectives.
Attend and lead project kick-off meetings internal project team meetings and coordination meetings.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Coordinate with subcontractors consultants suppliers clients representatives and relevant authorities.
Prepare review and submit project documentation including progress reports work schedules and correspondence.
Manage site staff and subcontractors manpower planning and work schedules.
Monitor on-site activities resolve technical and operational issues and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Ensure adherence to company policies contract specifications and local regulations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Building Structural or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or a related field.
Strong knowledge of site management project coordination and construction workflows.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle site challenges effectively.
Highly self-motivated with a positive and proactive working attitude.
High level of professionalism responsibility and integrity.
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
