Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Singapore

Job Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution. The role involves close coordination with clients consultants subcontractors and internal teams while ensuring compliance with safety quality and project requirements under Singapore construction/site standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor overall project progress schedules and timelines.

  • Assist the Project Manager in site coordination and day-to-day project operations.

  • Liaise with clients consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare submit and follow up on project documentation reports drawings and approvals.

  • Track materials manpower deployment work progress and site activities.

  • Attend site meetings prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

  • Support planning scheduling and reporting activities to ensure smooth project flow.

  • Ensure projects comply with safety regulations quality standards and company procedures.

  • Maintain proper records logs and project files for audit and reference purposes.


Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or a related field.

  • Relevant experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (construction or site-based projects preferred).

  • Familiarity with Singapore construction practices site workflows and coordination procedures.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask prioritize work and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel Word Outlook).

  • Good documentation reporting and follow-up skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
