RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring the accurate and timely handling of customer shipping this position
- Maintain cGMP standards while coordinating logistics operations for our clinical trials and pharmaceutical services.
- Process shipping orders prepare documentation according to country-specific requirements
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with established procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics order processing or warehousing
- Educational background in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field preferred
- Ability to efficiently process track and manage customer orders
- Experience handling import/export documentation and understanding customs clearance requirements
- Working knowledge of cGMP standards and related procedures
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Proficient command of English language with basic numeracy skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Commitment to maintaining clean safe and well-organized work areas
- Ability to work core business hours (8:30 AM 5:30 PM) with flexibility to accommodate additional hours when required
