Job Summary
This position is responsible for executing key HR processes with accuracy ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies while delivering an excellent service experience to employees. This role blends strong communication and problemsolving skills with solid technical knowledge of HR systems analytics and operational workflows. The position plays a critical role in maintaining a compliant efficient and employeefocused HR operation.
What You Will Do
Employee Service Excellence: Provide timely accurate and empathetic support to employees regarding HR policies benefits and administrative requests.
Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Analyze employee data to identify trends risks or compliance issues. Evaluate alternatives and propose databased solutions aligned with labor regulations and company policy. Accurately document processes workflows and cases ensuring traceability and compliance. Support risk assessments for terminations disciplinary processes and other HR actions.
Labor Relations Support: Provide firstlevel guidance to employees and leaders regarding behavior concerns attendance issues or policy compliance. Manage basic disciplinary documentation and support the resolution of routine employee concerns. Maintain employee files up to date ensuring legal and internal compliance. Communicate and interpret HR and labor policies in a clear and consistent manner.
HR Operations Execution: Execute daily HR processes such as hires terminations employee changes and data updates in HR systems. Coordinate onboarding and ensure correct registration documentation and integration of new hires. Administer transportation cafeteria services and other onsite benefits ensuring quality and accuracy. Prepare analyze and monitor HR metrics including turnover absenteeism overtime and headcount. Ensure strict compliance with labor regulations and internal controls across all HR processes.
Required Profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration Organizational Psychology or Engineering/IT (preferred for Workday/SAP experience).
Languages: Fluent English (essential for oral and written communication).
Systems: Workday and / or SAP
