Job Summary
- Lead and manage complex oil and gas projects from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production reduce operational risks and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance and lifecycle management
- Conduct technical assessments and provide expert recommendations on drilling production and maintenance activities
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance
Requirements
Experience: 5 to 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven leadership in project management operations or engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream processes including drilling production and pipeline operations
- Expertise in safety environmental compliance and risk management frameworks
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Geosciences or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work in remote or field-based locations as required
Required Skills:
