What Youll Do
- Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns (web email social organic and paid media).
- Own Zoho CRM: manage data quality dashboards campaign integrations and user adoption.
- Partner with Business Development to align CRM workflows with go-to-market strategies.
- Create publish and manage content (written visual and video) with accuracy and consistency.
- Design marketing assets (graphics email templates social visuals) using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Lead SEO/SEM strategy keyword planning optimization and performance tracking.
- Track analyze and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Draft and manage RFP/RFQ/proposal content with leadership and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation digital marketing and CRM management (Zoho a plus).
- Skilled in creating compelling content (written visual video).
- Strong communicator highly organized proactive problem solver.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign metrics SEO/SEM and data-driven optimization.
- B2B & B2C marketing experience preferred.
Your KPIs
- Leads: 5075 qualified leads/week.
- CRM: 95% data accuracy.
- Campaigns: 1520% open rates 35% CTR.
- Conversions: 1015% increase in lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Content: 57 quality content pieces/week.
- Reports: 100% on-time dashboards & reporting.
Benefits
Compensation & Incentive Structure
- Base Salary: ZAR 15000/month (or depending on experience).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary per quarter tied to KPI achievement.
