Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

Migration & Modernization: Lead the technical migration of classic SharePoint sites and custom solutions into modern SharePoint Online (SPO) environments.
Solution Development: Design and implement scalable high-performing intranet solutions utilizing SPFx Power Automate and other M365 services.
Governance & Automation: Build automated workflows for site provisioning content migration and governance to ensure platform consistency and quality.
Analytics & Reporting: Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to track engagement communication effectiveness and system performance metrics.
Expert Support: Act as the highest level of technical escalation for SharePoint Online focusing on performance optimization and user enablement.
Business Consultation: Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical architecture.

Skill Profile

Essential Skills:

Development: Proficient in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Power Platform.
Migration: Proven track record of migrating from SharePoint 2016/Classic to Modern SharePoint Online.
Data Visualization: Advanced knowledge of Power BI for metric tracking.
Administration: Deep understanding of ITISAMSSharepoint Admin and M365 governance.
Leadership: Experience translating stakeholder requirements into enterprise-level technical solutions.

Desirable Skills (Recommended to add):

Experience with migration tools (e.g. ShareGate AvePoint or ).
Knowledge of TypeScript React or for SPFx development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and PnP PowerShell.
Microsoft Certifications (e.g. MS-600: M365 Developer Associate or MS-102: Endpoint Administrator).
