RFP & Security questionnaire Professional with French and English

We are seeking our new RFP & Security questionnaire Professional to join the Axway team!

As anRFP & Security questionnaire Professional (Sales Ops Specialist II)you will help the Axway Global Sales organization with managing daily activities including but not limited to Requests for Proposal (RFP) Security Assessments and Vendor Questionnaires. You will be part of a team located in Sofia and will interact with Sales Reps spread around the globe as well as with different Security teams and Product Management.

• Oversee globally the RFP/Security Assessment Requests Queue
• Monitor the RFP/SA timeline ensuring a comprehensive response that meets project deadlines
• Work with Sales/Presales/Security and other relevant teams to gather and verify data for the responses
• Update and maintain the RFP library and build a database of standard responses
• Update and maintain the Security repository with all the latest documents
• Feel confident to work with French teams and have knowledge of French public sector tenders
• Ensure French documents are timely uploaded in the respective French portals and sites
• Support field sales organization to ensure company guidelines policies and sales processes are met
• Participate in company-level meetings and product meetings to gain new experience and knowledge about the current state and future roadmap of the company

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in bids/RFPs in the IT sector preferably
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus to achieve goals
• Advanced Project management skills organizational & execution oriented
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and with a minimum level of control
• Assertiveness and a strong feeling of ownership
• Fluent in French and English written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Experience in a Software company is a plus
• Experience in IT security is a plus
• knowledge could be a plus
• Knowledge of RFP tools is a plus
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus
