YOUR NEW ROLE
This role plays a key part in creating a positive and supportive learning experience for Production and Events trainees and interns. Working closely with teams across the portfolio youll help coordinate onboarding and training to ensure new starters feel confident prepared and set up for success from day one.
Youll support the practical delivery of training by coordinating schedules resources and documentation ensuring programs align with business priorities workplace health and safety requirements and national qualification standards. The role also contributes to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders supporting venue-specific and individual training plans and helping deliver meaningful internship and work placement opportunities across Production Services.

ARE YOU THE ONE
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in live production and/or training and assessment with working knowledge of production technologies and a commitment to maintaining current vocational education and training knowledge.
