YOUR NEW ROLE

This role plays a key part in creating a positive and supportive learning experience for Production and Events trainees and interns. Working closely with teams across the portfolio youll help coordinate onboarding and training to ensure new starters feel confident prepared and set up for success from day one.

Youll support the practical delivery of training by coordinating schedules resources and documentation ensuring programs align with business priorities workplace health and safety requirements and national qualification standards. The role also contributes to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders supporting venue-specific and individual training plans and helping deliver meaningful internship and work placement opportunities across Production Services.

ARE YOU THE ONE

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and supporting training programs aligned with organisational priorities compliance requirements and operational needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to administer complex training programs including scheduling reporting record-keeping correspondence and the maintenance of accurate learner and compliance documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support trainees build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and respond to enquiries with clear current information.
  • Well-developed organisational analytical and decision-making skills including the ability to plan prioritise reprioritise resources and resolve operational training issues under pressure.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a live high-activity events environment adapting to changing requirements while consistently following WHS risk management and organisational policies.
  • Experience contributing to or implementing venue-specific training plans monitoring training performance and compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • High-level administrative and digital capability including proficiency with databases spreadsheets reporting tools and event or training management systems.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in live production and/or training and assessment with working knowledge of production technologies and a commitment to maintaining current vocational education and training knowledge.
