About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Youth Worker to deliver employment-focused case management to young people across the Mackay community who are currently or formerly involved with Youth Justice or at risk of offending.
The role sits within our Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) program and supports young people to transition into employment training and independence. Support is delivered through SQW pathways including Next Step Plus and Extended Post Care.
This is a community-based outreach role (not residential) working Monday to Friday business hours with flexibility for employer visits training delivery and community activities. You will work within a small outcomes-focused team and report to the Program Manager.
This position is a Full-Time Max Term Contract ending21/08/26 based in our Mackay office.
