The Opportunity:
The Senior Associate Growth (Paid Social) role offers an exciting opportunity to help lead and optimize our paid social strategies directly influencing Caraways growth this position youll take ownership of key ad accounts and campaigns while driving performance improvements and expanding our digital presence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy creative acquisition and revenue growth across paid social and paid search while continuously testing learning and optimizing. Your insights will be critical in shaping strategic decisions that contribute to our long-term revenue goals.
Who You Are:
As a Senior Associate focusing on paid social you bring a strong interest in driving results and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. You have a deep understanding of paid social platforms and are always up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Youre data-driven with an analytical mindset that allows you to dissect campaign performance and make informed decisions quickly.
You are proactive and take ownership of your work consistently seeking out new opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns. You look for ways to consistently collaborate and you work to communicate effectively across teams while striving to align your efforts with broader company goals. Requirements
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75000 - $90000 - Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer including but not limited to: skills qualifications experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
