$160000 guaranteed base salary
Up to $20000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)

Schedule

MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No weekends
Built-in workflow support: MA Scribe
Protected admin time daily for chart closure

Role Expectations

Manage 23 patients/day (20-minute templates)
Address HEDIS care gaps and document HCC/RAF accurately

Requirements

Active NP (APRN) or PA-C license in AZ
3 years Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine experience
Value-Based Care experience preferred
Athena EMR preferred
