Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality customer experience to GN Hearing customers in the Nordics supporting our organizational goal to provide best service in the industry. We are looking for Customer Care and Order Processors who prioritize measurable service quality and quick response times alongside a thorough understanding of our offerings.

The Customer Care and Order Processor is responsible for processing incoming customer orders into the companys system ensuring the accuracy of the order fulfilling the order in a timely and efficient manner and playing a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications. They must also maintain a high level of customer service and provide accurate product information.

The team you will be part of

You will be part of the Customer Care team in our Headquarter in Ballerup Denmark and it is a full time and onsite position. Your direct report will be the Customer Care Manager.

This team is next to the sales department and the training team responsible for the overall customer experience and therefore brand image of GN products.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

  • add customer orders into our ordering system (CRM Salesforce) ensuring that all information is correct and up to date
  • respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved on time
  • process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations
  • collaborate with various departments including sales customer service and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • work with both BLX and UK teams to meet department objectives and targets

To perform well in the role we imagine that you:

  • have an educational background within business administration logistics customer service
  • are customer centric and have good verbal and written communication skills
  • work well alone as well as in a team
  • appreciate solving problems driven by data with accuracy and attention to details
  • meet strict deadlines and can handle stressful situations
  • are fluent in English both orally and in writing and fluent in at least one Scandinavian language
