Description of Work
The primary purpose of this position is to service customers at the Raleigh Central Services office in the registering of their vehicles in the state of North Carolina. To perform this task this position requires technical and administrative skills. This position must have an extensive knowledge of the General Statutes policies and procedures that govern the issuance of a North Carolina title as well as other credentials. Additionally this position will issue official/special/personalized license plates issue crash reports and provide customers with the purchasing of their driving or vehicle registration records observing the Federal Privacy Act guidelines. This position accepts payments for driving license penalties and/or fees as well as other duties assigned by the manager as required for the functionality of the unit.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
